Marketing Strategy

Reviewed, audited and optimised the overall brand strategy.

  • Reviewed and built new daily management tools for marketing calendars and teams.

  • Set new goals, reporting tools and KPIs to track and measure


E-commerce

As digital manager, I studied the website and user experience in order to offer recommendations and share industry best practice advice to boost conversion rates and traffic for the year to come.


Digital Strategy

As digital manager, I conducted a 360° audit of the brand’s digital strategy: digital channels, socials, paid advertising, website management.
I then presented and proposed a 2021-2022 strategy to achieve growth and brand goals.


Reporting & Forecasting

Assisted and supported CFO to build goals and forecasts for 2021-2022 based on data and industry experience.


Email Marketing

Email marketing audit, database cleanse and segmentation. Reviewed, built and implemented new email marketing flows and segmented campaigns to reach new and existing customers in an impactful and engaging way.


Press & Public Relations

Supported the teams in campaign and photoshoot brainstorming, concepts, and production.
Led and produced the gumboot shoot in July 2021.
