The Role


Brand & Marketing Strategy

Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.

  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities offline & online

  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.

  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

  • Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.


Brand Content & Creative

Developing & monitoring the editorial content calendar

  • Launching & monitoring seasonal 360° campaigns

  • Organization & follow-up of e-commerce photo shootings (5 times a year)

  • Creation of photo guidelines according to the brand image

  • Management of Influencer partnerships & press loans


Ecommerce Strategy

Developing strategic business plans for e-business (building site visibility, increasing sales & brand awareness)

  • Managing the quality of the overall site content with regular updates on visuals, videos, descriptions, product catalog etc.

  • Monitoring e-commerce KPIs through weekly & monthly reporting activities (tracking, analyzing & improving website performances in terms of sales, conversation rate etc.)

  • Optimizing search results & developing search engine strategies through the implementation of new SEO guidelines, SEM & affiliation

  • Developing digital & e-commerce knowledge through market landscape studies and regular competitors benchmarks


Communication

Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.

  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.

  • Overall responsibility for all communication for the company

  • Management of a PR junior based in Paris & LA based PR team (Coded PR)


Email Marketing

Developing & monitoring the commercial calendar (3 Newsletters dispatched per month) as well as analyzing e-mailing campaigns performances through monthly reporting

  • Launching seasonal e-mailing campaigns & building the #RimeArodakyBabe loyalty program to increase clients engagement with the brand
